My review on these two recipes:

WW Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins:  Excellent.  Very moist and banana-y and just the right amount of chocolate chips.  5/5

Orange Cranberry Craisin Oat Muffins:  These were OK.  I sprayed the muffin tin liners (as I always do) but they still stuck to the liners..grrr.  As I mentioned in previous blog posts, I am learning to like cranberries.  I used the Craisins in my Broccoli salad and liked them in there, but in these muffins they seem too raisin-y (and I HATE raisins).  I might bring these ones to the office or pawn them off on friends who like raisin-y textures :-)  I'd give them a 3/5.

Here's a quick pic of supper tonight - roasted veggies (carrots, peppers, mushrooms and squash), broccoli and tilapia.  I'm noticing it's a VERY orange-y supper!

haha, that's pretty much what I have every night :-) The veggies may vary, but the general idea is the same!
